TheLastRipper Version 1.1.1

TheLastRipper Version 0.9

This version and all prior version can't login ( Issue 63 ).

TheLastRipper Version 0.2.1

delay between metadata and music Sometimes the songs are getting cut too soon or too late, see this bug report for a more technical description of the issue:

TheLastRipper Version 0.2

Typo there's a typo in the app bundle that prevents the application from launching.

Comment by takegiantsteps, Jul 20, 2007

whats the fucking typo...

Comment by manolo1985, Jul 21, 2007

It does launch.

Comment by jopsen, Jul 29, 2007

The typo was in the launch script for the .app bundle, the assembly was renamed to TheLastRipper?.exe, while the launch scripted tried to launch a file named WinFormsClient?.exe (the development name of the windows assembly ported to OS X). TheLastRipper? version 0.2 does not launch, while version 0.2.1 available for download does.

Having problems running 0.2.1 - launches, can log in OK and bring up the radio station dialog, but on pressing "Tune in" the app quits leaving X11 running. This is with an up-to-date very recent install of OS X 10.4, Mono 1.2.4 and X11 off the OS X install media.

Is there a log file I can look in and post here/bug report?

Cheers! Dan.

I can't even launch the application, 0.9 Beta on OS X 10.4.10, Core Duo. A typo again?

Comment by ch...@srj.net, Aug 21, 2007

I can't launch 0.9 Beta either. I installed LastRipper? and the Mono bundle.

Can't seem to launch this application. Not very happy.

Comment by jameskatt, Aug 26, 2007

0.9 Beta does not launch. It use to. But then it stopped working - it would not allow a password.

Comment by angelmyriel, Aug 28, 2007

This is a quick workaround to start LastRipper? again. Open a Terminal. You are in your home directory. Change to .config by typing: cd .config Delete the "TheLastRipper?.xml" file. Just type: rm TheLastRipper?.xml LastRipper? can be launched again. You will loose your settings and you have to reenter them.

Hope that helps.

Same for me ... I can't log me in. (using version 0.9 Beta for MacOS) But in my case, I don't even have a .config folder to delete

Comment by fugublowfish, Sep 10, 2007

Same here as well--running 0.9 Beta, seems to hang when I try to log in. There's no ~/.config directory, and I searched for a TheLastRipper?.xml file to no avail. :(

Same here as well--running 0.9 Beta & installed Mono on a pentium laptop. Seems to hang when I try to log in. There's no ~/.config directory, and I searched for a TheLastRipper?.xml file to no avail. :(

it not launch over OSX 10.4.10 why???

Comment by victor.bortasrydberg, Dec 02, 2007

It doesn't seem to help installing the mono package... The application wont start on a Tiger system, although it should according to the download page? Something isn't in it's right place here.

Comment by jopsen, Dec 02, 2007

If you've got problems under tiger, with mono installed, create an issue (in the issue tracker, look at the top of this page)...

Comment by toniyecla, Nov 27, 2008

Great program! We are still waiting for a Leopard version...

For now, we use AUDIO HIJACK PRO, that record from last.fm application and/or from every audio streamer of the system.

Comment by kusnanda, Jan 22, 2009

It doesn't even launch...
