“Syndicate excerpts only” has no effect on atom feeds #63

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. In advanced settings: alter “Syndicate excerpts only” to “No”
2. Publish an article with a non-empty excerpt (i.e. paste some chunk into
the excerpt box)
3. View the atom feed, it has the excerpt syndicated only What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected: Same as in the RSS feed, there it works
Instead: Articles that have an excerpt are shown as heading + excerpt only,
without body text What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Textpattern · 4.2.0
