I propose we make the OWL file primary here. This will take a bit of engineering with TG as it needs to write to two sources: the main ontology and an extensions file (even more awkward if these are split across CVS and SVN, I think we should switch to SVN for the editors directory first).

Import goche or chebi? I think chebi and also import the axioms that state that every conjugate base is equivalent for the purposes of binding (go/extensions/bio-chebi.owl)
