I wrote this code over a couple of months in 2005 after finishing my Masters Thesis. It was supposed to become an ongoing project of mine, but I got sidetracked by a variety of things and never got back to it.

I believe there may be some interest in the community about how TD Networks can be implemented and also they might want a comparison, so I wanted to make this code available.

I've decided to release the code under GPL for now. If that doesn't work for you, please contact me.

But this is not a project that I'm currently actively working on. So e-mail me, get added to the project, and update the code! Fix the makefile (I don't really know how to make a Makefile). Add comments or update the wiki.
