Tavernalc is a plugin to OpenOffice Calc which main aim is allowing to call bioinformatics services as spreadsheet functions. Thanks to this, spreadsheets can be used to define and execute bioinformatics workflows and to process boinformatics data. Internally Tavernalc uses Taverna workbench's engine and can be considered as its another type of user interface.
