Command line plugin for Taverna that allows using GIMIAS command line plugins in Taverna (taverna.org.uk). This plugin implements a service provider that allows discovering command line plugins, edit parameters and execute these locally or remotelly using SSH protocol.

GIMIAS Command line plugins are compatible with 3D Slicer. You can get further information here.

Note: This is a project under development and not all features have been developed and tested.
