- Itdonny,
FUSE is definitely a place to the filesystem driver, but it doesn't provide a
solution on how and what information to store to effectively let automated changes to
the tree.

- I'm not an experience developer at any rate, but maybe its possible to use FUSE (filesystem in userspace)? It
wouldn't be the best way to implement entire directory tree structures, but it is a possibility.

- Hello mjbauer95,
This project is still on the back of my mind, that is I give thought about how to go
forward. One issue I'm having is how to store the tag and hierarchy information so
that as new tags come in the the structure of the hierarchy also changes. Considering
that the system should be able to handle a very large number of tags and files this
is proving not to be very easy.
As for the language, I use D. http://www.prowiki.org/wiki4d/wiki.cgi?FrontPage
It is going through some growing pains, and I'm trying to assist with this a little.

- Sorry to not follow standard Issue procedure. But this was the only way I
could contact the developers.
What tagfs is trying to do is an incredible idea. This could be very useful
AI algorithm. I've tried unsucessfully to make similar projects to this. I
just wish the developers would continue working on it.
Also what language is it in? It seems to be very obscure (uses .d file
extension).
