Currently in development, this project is the implementation of its sister project alto, and the content management core for its sister syntelos-sx.

The content management core has been designed with many ideas in mind, including an open internet content management cluster.

The proto-streamer is a simple server specialized to long lived streams. In comparison, the alto/syntelos/sx codebase is complex and incorporates a large number of ideas for a minimal runtime footprint.
