Static alternative

What about the multitude of tools to create HTML formatted code like <a href="http://www.andre-simon.de/">highlight</a> and webcpp? There are other editors which can format code as HTML like SciTE and jEdit.

http://www.java2html.com/ is good for converting entire java src trees
