Translate tutorial

The tutorial (http://docs.sympy.org/0.7.1/tutorial.html) should be translated into various languages, e.g., Czech, Polish, French, German, etc.

Important requirement: the translation can not be done using any automatic tools. It has to be human translation.

And we need to be able to tell this. So you should not do a translation task unless you are fluent in both English and the other language.

Important detail. In the different task discussions we have rather unclear requirement. So please translate the tutorial.txt file from our current source on github. NOT the html file and NOT the file from version 0.7.1
