issue 47 (ETH Plugin not working) reported by mercator202   -   What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. send SMS via ETH plugin What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Says: Login error (Fehler beim Einloggen) What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.9.12 on OsX 10.6.2 Please provide any additional information below. Sending SMS via ETH works perfectly with the same login information, when I send it via "ETH-SMS plugin for firefox" or "ETH-SMS widget" from the same place with the same login information on the same computer. Retyped login information several times - it is correct. Keyring-entry (Schlüsselbund) however says https://www.ethz.ch instead of https://www.sms.ethz.ch as where the gateway - maybe this was changed recently?

issue 46 (xtrazone & nickname) reported by heinzelmaennli85   -   What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. the new xtrazone for swisscom sms is not working =( 2. it would be great if one could also put in a number by typing the nickname or surname, not only by the order how the name is saved in the addressbook for example: i have a name in my addressbook Christian "Chrigi" Schweizer, as everyone calls him chrigi I am also used to that. my addressbook is orderd by surname. in this case I have to type in Schweizer and choose his name from the listed names, because I have other Schweizers in my Addressbook. So it would be a great feature if you could alter the search engine! cheers What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? the actual

But the old setup is misleading and I'm getting always a "couldn't send" error. How do I delete the old Orange setup an replace it? Thanks for your help. Kurt

issue 40 ("Don’t Pollute User Space") commented on by benjamin.g.baumgartner   -   I strongly agree with you. In the meantime you could open a terminal window and type in the following command: chflags hidden ~/Documents/SwissSMS This will hide the directory in the GUI, although it will still be visible from the terminal. To make the directory show up again, replace "hidden" with "nohidden". I'm not sure, however, if this breaks the ability to use spotlight on the messages.

Opening with Rosetta works, but is slow due to emulation.

I believe this started today after I upgraded to OSX 10.5.8. Best Regards, Martin

issue 40 ("Don’t Pollute User Space") reported by thiemogamma   -   Hi peeps! As much as I use and love SwissSMS, there is one thing that's annoying me much: The unasked for storage of data in the user's Documents directory. All this data is supposed to be stored in ~/Library/Application Support/ Actually, there's an Apple Guideline which states: Don’t Pollute User Space It is important to remember that the user domain (/Users) is intended for files created by the user. With the exception of the ~/Library directory, your application should never install files into the user’s home directory. In particular, you should never install files into a user’s Documents directory or into the /Users/Shared directory. These directories should only be modified by the user. Even if your application provides clip art or sample files that the user would normally manipulate, you should place those files in either the local or user’s Library/Application Support directory by default. The user can move or copy files from this directory as desired. If you are concerned about the user finding these files, you should include a way for the user to browse or access them directly from your application’s user interface. Source: http://developer.apple.com/documentation/MacOSX/Conceptual/BPFileSystem/Articles/WhereTo PutFiles.html Today, there's so much clutter in my Documents directory by a lot of different applications that I can hardly use it for myself anymore! It would be very important for me that SwissSMS could be a good example on this.
