What browser and operating system are you using and which version?
IE9 (public beta)

Does it also happens on the example files?
Yes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No scaling on load.
2. No Rescaling from flash.
3. Complete defect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead
Nothing happens!

Please provide any additional information below.
Is there an update in progress for the upcoming IE9 that will be released late this year? Probably november or december...

Another issue is that if the browser window is bigger than flash, with align TOP_LEFT and scalemode NO_SCALE, the swf is positioned top left in the HTML page with the center of flash in 0,0 of the browser page.
I solved temporarily the issue using an old 1.0 version of the swffit that works correctly.
Starting from the 2.0 version of the swffit the issue is present.

and you can find my copy of the version 1 attached to this post.
Please, let me know if it works.
