The book began its life before the invention of the peg revision, and well before the day when the peg revision syntax grew to full obedience by the 'svn' subcommands. As such, the book continues to mostly use -r where @ is the more semantically accurate syntax. This is a contributing factor for user confusion, and needs to be remedied. |
