What steps will reproduce the problem?
Currently, SVG Web does not fire on* events if they are added to an SVG's 
"use" element.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The on* event should be fired.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system,
browser, and version of Flash?
SVG Web "Umber Hulk" Release / Windows XP SP3 / Internet Explorer 8 / Flash 
Player 10.0.32.18

Please provide any additional information below. Reduced test cases are
always appreciated!
I have attached the web page and .svg file to this issue.

Fixed in r920.
The exact behavior of <use> overrides is a bit murky so I would not be surprised if
issues remain in this area. Further testing is warranted.

The provided test file did not seem functional. I have attached the test file I used.
