NOTE: This issue tracker is only for reporting problems with
Google's open source project hosting service. For issues
with specific projects that we host, enter issues in that
specific project instead.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Step 1. Create Google account
Step 2. Accidentally make comment on code comment
Step 3. Find that you can't delete the comment (only hide it from most users) and you can't do anything about a +/- review

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to delete the account, not have over half of my email address available to spammers and all of it available with a proof-of-humanity test (my email address contains my name).

I've seen other people post issues and get their accounts deleted. I would really prefer if my account for my personal address were deleted as well without deleting my email.

I don't get how I ended up with this note at the top of my issue; it has everything to do with the project hosting service. I made a comment on a project hosted here, my name is now visible to the world, and I want it gone.
