What new or enhanced feature are you proposing? Allowing users to download packages- tar, gz, bz2, et al- through a command line binary- such as wget, curl, ftp, et al- or as a path for a package manager- such as the BSD PKG_PATH, deb repo, yum repo, et al


What goal would this enhancement help you achieve? Allow users to download through a command line on a low spec system. Allow system build without a dependency on a graphical browser when packages are on Google code.
