What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Clone the git repo
2. Install all required dependencies
3. Run autogen.sh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

./autogen.sh: line 16: libtoolize: command not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 supersonic 0.9.1
Mac OS X 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.

Apparently this occurs because 'libtoolize' is called 'glibtoolize' on OS X. I worked around this by creating a symlink 'libtoolize' to glibtoolize.

By changing it to glibtoolize it completes this step. But make fails with a missing include file error.
Missing file is ./supersonic/utils/atomicops-internals-macosx.h
This file is actually available in ./supersonic/utils/auxiliary/atomicops-internals-macosx.h
When atomicops.h is fixed with correct include path, it fails further down with redefinition errors as many functions are also defined in atomicops-internals-x86.h.

I'm trying to build on CentOS 6.3. There it fails to autoconf saying it needs newer version of it.
