Add a new highlight mode for SyncTeX forward-search. It is activated by the command-line option '-fwdsearch-offset $offset'. (This is a modified version of the patch contributed by Bogdan Roman, http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~abr28/sumatrapdf/).
