here is a screenshot of this issue: http://imagerz.com/QEQQC0tvAwIBXg1LEQVR In WindowsXP if the classicXP style is used instead of the XPStyle, the page number is looking like that on the image. But if you have your xp set to xp style, and you have a document open inside sumatra, and the page number is in it's place, and you switch the style to classic style, the page number's place won't change, only if you close and reopen sumatra |

Actually it was not my machine on which I've stumbled upon this issue, and there I could reproduce it, but on my machine I can't... I'm going to investigate this more on that machine and then I can write more on this... |

I've tested latest pre-release 1447 (http://blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/prerelease.html) under classic theme on windows xp and didn't see the problem.

Hi Krzysztof! The problrem has occured again, on the same machine(in other ways working well), but ow with Sumatra version 1.0: I describe the whole scenario here: A machine with Windows XP pro SP2, SumatraPDF 1.0 when this issue the first occured I just wanted to set up the prerelease version instead of normal 0.94, thus the prerelease could be set up as default pdf reader on windows, so I renamed the .exe file and copied it in the place of the exe of 0.94, everything worked, but this issue occured, then I restored the original 0.94, the problem disappeared... up to now, when I decided to update this machine with Sumatra 1.0 as it being a fix version: I've uninstalled 0.94, then installed 1.0, and this problem has occured... do you have any idea? |

An additional thing it does ot occure with every color scheme, but it does with the one called "Windows classic" (at least in my translation, this is Hungarian windows), this is the color scheme with the classic gray tray, and dark blue window caption field... |

I've read in the forum that someone else has also had this, so i've started investigating again: It seems for me that it has some connection to the actual color scheme, but it isn't the same on all machines that which color scheme causes the problem: a strange fact: - I wrote that that other machine has this issue with the purple scheme, but on my machine the purple scheme is not causing this -to cause this try changing the color schemes with the windows classic style applied, and once the page number will go to the right... -I don't know yet what it depends on , the page number goes to the right and stays there, and after that also with the windows classic color scheme this problem also occures, although it had not had the problem before just after that 'problem' scheme was selected... |
