A direct link to the advertising free repository is in the Links section on the right. To install it, run Installer.app, click sources and then click add source. Type in the url that is in the link on the right. When you are done, you can safely delete the Ste repository from your sources. You will no longer see those totally obnoxious (BW: freeit4less) or (BW: polarbearfarm.com) links.
I use it myself and update the XML document every few days or so.
