Introduction

The [http:/www.cdfi.uab.edu/parse PARSE project site] has three sections. The first section is the display site. This section contains project overviews and a gallery of PARSE results. This section will also contain finished versions of documentation. The second section is the wiki. The wiki is a free form area that allows for collaboration, documentation development and note taking. Wikis (c.f. Wikipedia) in general are easy to modify websites that contain complete revision histories of all changes made to the site. The wiki section of the PARSE site will ultimately hold draft documentation, notes, and HowTos. HowTos are short notes that provide a recipe for a task such as trajectory calibration or data preparation. The third section of the PARSE site is the code repository. The code repository holds sample code and data that allows anyone with a copy of matlab to try out PARSE. Eventually it will hold code and application packages that will allow other sites to implement PARSE imaging.
