SS-PARSE stands for Single Shot Parameter Assessment by Retrieval from Signal Encoding. This is a novel magnetic resonance imaging technique that uses an improved spin system model to extract more information from the RF signal than traditional techniques. This site will be updated to show the latest information and news relating to the PARSE project. The latest code and sample data can be downloaded from the code repository in this site. The code is being developed at the Center for the Development of Functional Imaging at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and at Auburn University. The data was collected at the CDFI.
