Compare http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/show-create-procedure.html and http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/show-create-procedure.html

There is added verbosity in SHOW CREATE PROCEDURE about client etc. charset & collation setting when the routine was created. This was added in 5.1. We have not updated Schema Sync code in this respect since 5.0. We should either handle or ignore this added verbosity.
