This is for players, looking for help on how to install mods. Currently there isn't much to it, but who knows what else might be possible in the future.

• Deactivating the intro sequence

To deactivate the intro sequence, you need to edit <SPORE install folder>\Data\Config\Properties.txt and add the following line:

property playOpeningMovie (hash(playOpeningMovie)) bool

You also need to edit <SPORE install folder>\Data\Config\ConfigManager.txt and add this line at the end:

boolProp playOpeningMovie false

SPORE will now go directly to the galaxy screen.
