What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a HorizontalSlider
2. Compile with gwt-1.4.60 (havn't tried other)
3. Open page with Opera (9.25

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-The slider moves way slower than the mouse when dragged.
-Sometimes, the slider's white square changes it's width while dragging.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-See above, linux

this is actually a known limitation .. as i have written on the startpage of
http://gwtwidgets.sphene.net :
"It seems to work quite well in Firefox 2.0 and IE 6. Unfortunately, I didn't get it
to work for Opera yet."

i still have no idea why opera behaves so differently from all the other browsers.. i
have tried out various things but nothing helped.. if you have any hints i would
appreciate it .. otherwise i don't think i'm capable of making the slider widget
compatible with opera
