Two-dimensional spectral code to solve the Navier--Stokes equations (with additives)

A spectral code written in Fortran 90 to solve the two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. The code also solves for passive particles (tracer and inertial) advected by the flow, and polymers being advected by the flow. Results from this code has been used (so far) in three papers below.:
