Dear Chris,
Can you please explain this sentence?
A good cue for what, please?
And why is it good?
Blessings, Shahar

Posted on Dec 12, 2010 by Massive BirdYes, thanks for your question. I can see I should update R2L.html with a more comprehensive explanation on this issue :)
For now I attach a picture showing two lines of bidirectional text that look very similar. (Added a digit to the English word to show the sequence that they were entered). In many situations, a human reader would have great difficulty deciphering what the logical sequence of bidirectional text fragments actually is (especially with nested direction changes) yet it is very important to the computer that processes the text stream.
In the illustrated case the margin is essential to help our perception of which direction the phrases are organized.
I'm new to a lot of this, so I'm not sure how it is best to organize. I see that projects can have a discussion forum and a blog spot associated with them. However I'm also aware that there are many active discussions on the subject of bidirectional text, so I shall post updates to the existing https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-rtl
