Settings dialog changed to focus on 'group tabs by' and 'sort tabs by', with
multiple & new sorting types.
Sorting/grouping code has been completely overhauled, the sorting is more
'authentic' (array.sort()) and adding new sorts should be easy as pie (~4 line
compare function).
Cleaned up JS for settings dialog.
Version number is now 2.0, and no longer marked as compatible with FF2. FF3 is
required.

Lots of changes here so this version might be a bit shaky. Hopefully not.
TODO: Option to reverse sorting. (This will be easy.)
TODO: Clean up old preferences from previous versions?
