What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 2 players trying to use classic controller pro
2. Start emulator (via forwarded or homebrew channel)
3. Loading a game using USB (Pendrive)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Play Snes games using 2 Classic Controller Pro without crashing, just
starting the emulator and loading a game.
I got instead some issues starting the emulator with this joystick. If I plug
the controller Pro in the remote and start the emulator (via forwarder or
homebrew channel) using player one, the joystick 2 doesn't work. I discorver
that starting the emulator with remote 2 on most cases both controllers pro
works. In other cases, the Remote 1 doesn't turn on and doesn't work, so I exit
the emulator, start it again with remote 1 so it can turn on, exit the emulator
and try to start it again with remote 2. In some cases during the game the
joysticks just stop working.
Does this issue occur on SNES9x for Windows 1.52? If so, please report the
issue on the Snes9x forum.
Don't know. I didn't try to adapt the Wii controller on the PC.
What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Using 4.2.5 on Wii.
Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Using the official build from the download page.
Please provide any additional information below.

I don't think my controller is 3rd party.
Both are original from Nintendo.
But I have some problems with my remotes when using loaders, despite both works
flawlessly in system menu.
Just don't agree here that my issue is duplicate.
If I find the solution for my problem I'll post it here. Maybe can help others.
Cya.

The problem with loaders is my fault. It fixed now :P
About snes9x gx:
I fix this problem recompiling the lattest SVN (rev 660) with libogc 1.8.6.
It's working great now.
