Modem initialization never finishes if it cannot register on the GSM
network. As a result, watchdog will be locked waiting for modem to register
(which can never finish) and other modems won't be restarted if
timeoutexception occurs.

Hi,

I understand that you would like to see the waitForNetworkRegistration() method retry
for a couples of times and then fail-and-return in order to let the initialization
complete, right?

I thought about throwing GatewayException if modem wasn't able to register on the net
in 30 seconds.
