Hi,

Edit "src\java\org\ajwcc\pduUtils\gsm3040\PduUtils.java" and locate constant DCS_CODING_GROUP_MASK. This currently has a value of 0x0F. Set it to a value of 0x1F. 
Recompile and try once more.

I think this should work.
