Because Smashed Apples has several layers to it, and not all the layers are relevant to all developers, we created a different folder for each specific project. If you're only interested in working on the SmashedApples Flex SDK, for example you only need to check out the SmashedApplesSDK.

Within Eclipse or FlexBuilder, check out the SmashedApplesSDK folders as a Flex Library Project.

Go to Project Properties

Build Path >

• Add smashedapples folders to build path

Flex Library Compiler >

• Namespace URL = http://smashed.smashedapples.com/2008

• Manifest file = Add manifest.xml in project root.

• Additional Compiler Arguments = -services "config/services-config.xml" -keep-as3-metadata+=ValueObject,Property
