Tools we use

Here are some of the tools we use for developing SmartGWT.

IntelliJ IDEA

IntelliJ is a very good Java IDE with excellent GWT support. It is our preferred IDE for SmartGWT development.

SmartSVN

SmartSVN by Syntevo is a feature rich and very usable SVN client. Some of us use OSX as our primary development platform and SmartSVN is definitely the best SVN client for OSX based on our evaluation.

Delta Walker Compare & Merge tool

DeltaWalker is an excellent file and folder compare and synchronization tool. We have tried Araxis Merge and Beyond Compare but find Delta Walker to be the best with a lot of excellent features and has a very user friendly interface.

OmniGraffle

OmniGraffle is a very powerful diagramming, charting, and visualization tool for Mac OS X.
