Basic API 1.0 for C#

The SkyWatcher Basic API provide a fundamental framework for user to control SkyWatcher mounts via PC, Mac, Linux or Smart Phone. It includes all basic mount control abilities such as control axis movement and get current status. With this API, Users can easily create rich applications with their own SkyWatcher Mount.
