issue 14 (using 2 skypehones) reported by gillianm...@blueyonder.co.uk   -   This softwar spounds great but it's just dawned on me that myself and my business partner both have a skypephone to login to our skypein/out account - will this software work no matter which phone we use to logon to the new account that the calls will be diverted to?

issue 13 (Switching SkypePhoneManager on/off via skype) Status changed by lmayne   -   Good idea, but the problem is that Three's network doesn't update the online status very well, and so your mobile often appears as offline when you are online and vice versa. As it stands, if the mobile account is offline then the call gets diverted to voicemail anyway, so it probably isn't worth the risk of missing calls just because your online status is wrong.

issue 13 (Switching SkypePhoneManager on/off via skype) reported by tec...@thetechies.org.uk   -   This isn't a defect, but I couldn't find the section to make contributions. I want to say first of all that this software is very useful. I wondered if it would be a useful function if the software could check if the mobile skype account that is in the config file, is online or available, and if not then direct to the computer's skype account voicemail, rather than forwarding to the mobile skype. Either this, or put an option on Skype Phone Manager to turn on/off the forwarding to a mobile skype account, somewhat like the forwarding numbers can be changed and turned off. I hope this makes sense

issue 12 ([Enhancement] SkypeOut: working with shortcuts can be optimi...) Status changed by lmayne   -   I'm really sorry, but I admit that I'm not going to get time to do this. Weighing up the number of people who would find this enhancement useful to the amount of time taken to write it (and the increase in complexity for users who don't care about it) it isn't cost effective (and yes, I know that all open source source work isn't cost effective :-) ) If anyone else wants to write some kind side app or a branch from the trunk for it, then please do go ahead.

issue 10 (Using Chinese skype to send control messages will cause erro...) Status changed by lmayne   -   I'm afraid I'm unable to test this as I can't work out the Chinese interface. Is there a C# developer about who can step into the code and see what the problem is? I presume it's something to do with UTF-8 and UTF-16 encoding, but I can't think how to resolve it.

issue 11 ([Enhancement] SkypeOut: the number of ShortCuts (5) is too l...) Status changed by lmayne   -   This is now fixed and checked into source control. Either wait for the next release or get latest from source control and rebuild. You can now add up to 100 quick switch numbers by editing the config file. As long as the numbers are in sequence, they will be added.

issue 11 ([Enhancement] SkypeOut: the number of ShortCuts (5) is too l...) commented on by czajuni   -   Personally, I would say that 100 and definitely unlimited number of shortcuts is a bit excessive. Obviously if there are 100 of them available there's no need to use them all but if it was too difficult to implement I wouldn't worry about that too much. But yes, I find 5 shortcuts a bit limited and it would be very handy to have more than 5 available. Thank's!

issue 12 ([Enhancement] SkypeOut: working with shortcuts can be optimi...) commented on by neitronik   -   Hiya. for the moment I organised contacts I frequently use in my contact book to have "Name Surname <id>", than when I wanna call someone - i check his/her Id in the contacts, type it to SkypeManager's contact - and call him via SkypeManager. Now this list can have only 5 ids, which is definitely not enough, as I frequently call 10-15 people... Thanks for your reply. I think 100 of shortcuts will be enough for every1. Ability to store name, phone and shortcut in config file or XML and get this info in reply to "contacts" keyword is a nice to have feature, but definitely not a must, as a workaround exist: see above. Thanks a lot for job you're doing. Good luck with your project.

issue 12 ([Enhancement] SkypeOut: working with shortcuts can be optimi...) changed by lmayne   -   I'm struggling to work out a workable way of importing this into the app. The shortcuts (any string you want) wouldn't work from either end; there's no way of having a shortcut key in an outlook contact or vcf file (but there is in an XML file, although you would have to make this yourself), and the app itself only works on integers. If we do allow infinite quick switch numbers then would this resolve this issue, or are you really pining for an extra field in the quick switch config to display the name of the person the number is assigned to? e.g. Name Number Quickdial number Leon +44123443 1 Fred +44665435 2 And this would display in the quick switch list when you message "contacts" to the app?

issue 11 ([Enhancement] SkypeOut: the number of ShortCuts (5) is too l...) changed by lmayne   -   It's a bit difficult to create as many shortcuts as people want, as settings are a bit fixed. If other people think this would be important then please reply to this issue and I'll try and code the system to check from 1-100 (or whatever) and stop when the setting doesn't exist.
