I get double contacts in empathy after resuming from sleep #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Every time I resume from sleep all the contacts in skype,which were online 
before sleep, get incremented by one. So lets say that I have 3 contacts 
online. If I do sleep and resume I have 6 contacts. If I do it again... 9 
contacts.

What version of the plugin are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 20100302+dfsg-1 on Ubuntu 10.10

Can you get a debug log?  (not sure how to do this in Empathy, sorry)

ok I have figured out how to get debug log but cannot currently reproduce this 
bug again.

I think this is a bug in empathy. Because now I see that contacts gets doubled 
also in my gmail account.
