What Skia is

Skia is a complete 2D graphic library for drawing Text, Geometries, and Images. Features include:

• 3x3 matrices w/ perspective
• antialiasing, transparency, filters
• shaders, xfermodes, maskfilters, patheffects

Device backends for Skia currently include:
