SketchyPhysics2 New Features

  • Much larger worlds possible

  • New UI makes editing joints much easier

  • New joint types

* Image and model by Bryden
Servo, piston, motor and gryo.
  • Controlled joints

Options include UI slider,joystick (ps2 style) and oscillator.

  • Three new objects that make building jointed objects much much easier. wheel, door and lift.

Using door tool to make a jointed arm

  • Joints can now be grouped to make more complex joints. Hinge and piston for example.
  • Camera control via page descriptions or right click menu(while running)
  • New interactions, Kick a body by double clicking, Copy a body by Ctrl+double click.

Exporting physics info from Sketchup into collada would complete the cycle. ;)

If you click click play/pause nothing happens. A temporary solution is to save your work then close and restart the program. Post issue here. http://code.google.com/p/sketchyphysics2/issues/list

Question: What if you don't have a joystick? I want to be able to connect certain controllers with keys on the keyboard.

Tools I Found: Magnet And Oscillator, And I Had To Hack To Get Them.Follow These Steps: Goto http://download623.mediafire.com/lx4xoxwmgyig/1ndymgilhmf/JointTool.rb And Save It To: "C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp? 7\Plugins\SketchyPhysics?" or if you use sketchyphysics 3: "C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp? 7\Plugins\SketchyPhysics3?"

HELP!!! How can i use sketchyphysics, if i installed it and sketchup keep working exactly the same way before??? How can i open the window "sketchyphysics"?? I just dont know even how to satr this plugin!!!
