SITS is a very Simple Issue Tracking System written in PHP+JQuery, and working with MySQL database back-end.

It is a very minimalistic Helpdesk solution which can also double up as a bug tracking system. The whole system revolves around creating and modifying tickets. You create a support ticket, assign it to someone (or leave unassigned) and it shows up on their home page. They can then post follow-ups, or resolve the ticket. It also supports dispatching parts/software/services and tracks when they are returned.

It doesn't do anything else, it doesn't try to integrate with anything, and has no dependencies other than MySQL and JQuery. You just slap it on the server and it works.

SITS is currently in very early development stage.
