Eyeball [1] is a tool that will check RDF models (including OWL) for common
problems.

It would be useful to have this tool accessible from the tools page so that
we can check the causes of errors such as that which causes  ISSUE 159 

We could also place this tool as a pre-check of the RDF before importing
the data into the repository. Any errors found can be reported to the user
and an option presented to try and automtically correct these errors (using
the existing preprocessing tool)
