This would be an alternative to filter that when filtering on members would
only consider members that are "active".

"Active" members are those with positive hitpoints.

In the future, other status could be included that makes a member
"inactive" - turning to stone, unconsciousness, insanity...

This would be useful to prevent "inactive" members from entering dialog or
passing other checks on the party's behalf.
