I have reworked the ecommerce_googleanalytics module that is in the source tree to something that actually works with the current ecommerce module (version 0.9, at least). It has been uploaded to a github repository at:
https://github.com/hdrlab/ecommerce_googleanalytics

NOTES:
- I've only tested this with version 0.9 of the ecommerce module, although I expect that it should work with 1.0+ too
- Unlike the original version, this one is dependent on the googleanalytics module. This was the easiest way to avoid any javascript duplication/conflict

Hey Hans

SUPERB. What shall we do with it. Would you like to add it to the e-commerce project using svn:externals or just as a reference (see Hans' github for a killer google analytics project) or something like that?

Shall we discuss on skype?

Jeremy may also be interested in this as he wrote the original module.

Hi Nicolaas,

You're welcome to pull this module back into the e-commerce svn if you wish. I decided put it into a github repository instead of submitting it as a patch because it's more of a rewrite than a patch, and this version is tailored to what my website needs.

yeah great.

I will include it in the e-commerce svn as link so that more people will find it.

I will also add you as an editor to the e-commerce project.
