Just move the cursor to the edge of the screen, and from there an note editor/browser will appear, letting you to write a note right away. After writing, move the cursor away, and the editor disappears. Has basic editing abilities (undo/redo, fonts, sizes), but also spellchecker, powerful search (which provides snippets) etc...

For now it works only on Windows versions, with recent java environments (1.5 and further). Also, won't work nicely in multiple monitors environment.

If you have problems starting the program, try and move the folder to another place (e.g. to the root directory).
