What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a mouse enabled terminal application (finch is an example)
2. Right Click

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
shellinabox right click menu is expected but never shown. The application intercepts the right click instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.13 on Ubuntu 11.10

One solution might be to display an icon similar to the on screen keyboard. Clicking this icon would active the right click menu.
