jPoint is an open source javascript API and script deployment framework for Sharepoint. It leverages the speed and agility of jQuery to manipulate Sharepoint forms and pages, communicate to Sharepoint webservices, and to build jParts. Read more to discover what jParts are.

The project is being collaborated on at Codeplex at http://jpoint.codeplex.com with more documentation and examples at http://www.sharejpoint.com. The reason for the code being posted on Google Code is to leverage the CDN. Actual jPart solutions will refer to the google location to retrieve the jPoint files if a local path is not given.
