This script allows GeekTools to load RSS feeds from most sites onto your desktop, it clean the feed out from all HTML tags and gives you parameters for number of latest news you want to display

Usage: sh [location/]news1.sh -[number] i.e. sh ~myname/bin/news1.sh -4

Just download the files Download Page place it somewhere on you home folder and make it executable (chmod) and place the command above on the GeekTools Shell entry.

You can change the feed replacing the URL
