sgManager for windows is still Extremely Beta

Be careful and backup your config before upgrading/installing because things are still changing.

System Requirements:

• OS: 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7
• Architecture: x86, x64
• .NET Framework 3.5+

Currently the installer is located in sgmanager-version\setup\bin\debug\setup.exe

I will separate things into separate files for Install and Source at a later data
