Known Issues (for v0.53 and up)

Re-occurring events are synchronized as their individual events (so you can't see the fact that they're repeating in iCal)
Task reminders are not mapped to alarms in iCal.
A new calendar is created in iCal for syncing (this means you can't pick to sync a specific calendar, say the entourage calendar)
Contact birthdays will some times cause a conflict even though it says both Address Book and SF3 have the same value.
The sync will fail if any of the FieldMappings fields are hidden in Salesforce.com to your user profile (typically via Field Level Security)

Also, when will calendar picking be enabled so the entourage calendar can be the end destination for events scheduled in SF?

Hi SImon, Calendar picking is a must. Without your awesome tool there is no way to sync Entourage and Salesforce calendars. Please, please.

This is a fantastic app, and great work by the author(s)!

I must ask, though if there an estimated time for completion of the release version or can we assume that we have reached an end to this?

Where do I find the console log to attach it? If you are referring to the log at the bottom of the floating window, then it doesn't say anything other than syncing contact, tasks, events; sending local changes, sync complete, auto sync enabled.

As for the records, I compared the records changed and it is always the same 100 records. I will investigate if there is a field that is not updating between SF and Entourage/Address book.

Any insight is appreciated.

I just got the following message as soon as I hit the synch button (right after the login page):

"REQUEST_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: TotalRequests? Request Limit exceeded"

Anybody know what this means?

Is there an issue when time zones are enabled in iCal? In the preview detail list, it says my events will be altered by 4-6 hours. Any ideas why that might be?

I have got this error: INVALID_FIELD: account.name, email, Salutation, Title, Birthdate, FirstName?, Description

ERROR at Row:1:Column:68 No such column 'Title' on entity 'Contact'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the 'c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.
