seems to be 2 options, either a) don't allow the user to make any preference changes while the sync is running, or b) take a snapshot of the preferences at the start of the sync, and have the sync process only look at the snapshot instead. b) is probably better, not sure how much more work it is. |

fixed per option(b) added SyncOptions class that has a snapshot of the users preferences taken at the start of the sync run.
