Install and update Services_Plazes

To install this package, download the latest package from Downloads and upload to your server and issue the following on your CLI:

pear install http://servicesplazes.googlecode.com/files/Services_Plazes-x.x.x.tgz

(Replace x.x.x with the version.)

To update to the latest release:

pear install -f http://servicesplazes.googlecode.com/files/Services_Plazes-x.x.x.tgz
